Returns and Exchanges

Our highest commitment is your complete satisfaction. If you selected a product from our online store but, upon receiving it, noticed a manufacturing defect or that the item received differs from what was ordered, we guarantee your right to an exchange or return according to the terms below:

1. Dissatisfaction with the product: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt.
2. Product has a defect: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt.

To complete the exchange/return, the product must not show signs of use and must be sent directly to our PO Box. Once we receive the item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will proceed with the refund or exchange within 5 (five) business days.

Our team will guide you through the entire product return process.

For returns due to dissatisfaction: Once we receive the package, we will conduct an analysis to confirm that it meets the return conditions. After confirmation, our Customer Service Team will contact you, and you can choose between:

1. Exchanging it for another product available in our stock.
2. Receiving a refund for the amount spent on the products (we do not refund shipping costs if the product delivered is the correct model and in perfect condition).

Warranty: All products in the store have a 30-day warranty, starting from the receipt of the product.

To activate the warranty, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute proving the issue. In this video, the product's packaging (with the shipping label) must also be shown. It is essential that the packaging is visible in the video.

The customer may also prove the defect by sending us clear photos that show the defect, and the product's packaging must be visible in the photos.

I requested an exchange. When will I receive my product? Once the return is confirmed at our Distribution Center, we will analyze its condition. If everything is in order, the new product will be shipped within 5 (five) business days.
